AOTO MIP Technology

AOTO's MIP technology comprises two paths: MicroLED In Package and MiniLED In Package. The former covers P0.3-0.7mm products, while the latter spans P0.6-1.8mm products.

This technology employs smaller light-emitting chips, achieving enhanced narrow pixel pitch display. Paired with flip chip and common cathode technologies, it effectively boosts product stability and reduces energy consumption.

The application of the special black coatings on the surface improves color and black uniformity, while providing features of low glare, low reflection, and minimal Moiré patterns.

Vivid Realism Display

Thanks to AOTO's black coatings technology within MIP, the CV series effortlessly achieves a high contrast ratio of 10,000:1. This creates distinct and intricate levels between bright and dark display areas. Combined with support for a 110% NTSC color gamut, the result is a lifelike visual experience that captivates the audience.

Seven Protection

With the support of a seven-tier protection system, CV-MIP series excels in various complex environments, offering exceptional features such as dustproof, Moist-proof, anti-collision, anti-static, and blue light filtering etc. Especially designed for environments prone to dirt and complexity, like subway interior tracks, it demonstrates remarkable product reliability, significantly extending product lifespan.

Ultra-Low Power

The product applies common cathode and flip chip technologies, as well as energy-saving driver chip, significantly decreasing 34% of power consumption.

Lamp Repairable

MIP technology allows to repair the damaged lamp if necessary, the customer can fix it locally, no need to send the malfunction module back to the factory, significantly saving time and cost.

Easy to Clean

The surface of the CV MIP series is easy to clean. If screen cleaning is needed, simply use a damp cloth for gentle wiping, achieving efficient cleaning and reducing maintenance costs.
